This is an imaginary folk music session at Watercolour Music, a recording studio in the Highlands where WB Yeats and other poets bring their verse and ask the musicians to turn it into songs. Sarah sings the poems and plays the guitar to the sound of fiddles, harp and bodhran. Musicians are Sally Simpson and Eilidh Shaw on the fiddle. Allan MacDonald plays percussion while Mary Ann Kennedy adds her Gaelic voice and harp. A celebration of Scotland and Ireland through poetry and music all recorded in a stunning and inspiring location.
